Reintroduction Strategy Workshop:
Monday, February 19th
Has someone recommended that you follow an Elimination Diet? Food intolerances can cause a variety of symptoms including brain fog, fatigue, depression, autoimmune diseases, eczema and joint pain. If these symptoms sound familiar, an Elimination Diet may be a solution.
There is a lot of information out there about what foods are “good” and “bad.” Often times, health experts offer conflicting advice, adding to the nutrition confusion. An Elimination Diet is a great way to cut through the noise to tune into what actually works for your unique body. We use this diet as a tool to help you get in touch with your own sense of how you want to feel and which foods help you feel that way. This leads to more food freedom as you learn to trust the signals your body is sending you. The long-term goal of an Elimination Diet is to establish a healthy and varied way of eating that brings you vibrant wellness.
This Elimination Diet Group will support you as you dig into the root cause of your health concerns and help you discover a life that is disease free. This is a 6-week process from beginning to end. We'll gather as a group for an Intro Workshop to get organized about the Elimination Diet. You'll receive specific guidelines and tools for success, including a meals plans, at this time. Your facilitators will host weekly Q&A sessions in a private Facebook group, where the entire community can offer support and accountability. We'll get back together at the end of the 21-day elimination to strategize how to reintroduce foods and gauge their impact on your personal health. We've planned a prep week to optimize your success.
