Mentoring for Wellness Entrepreneurs
I have yet to meet a holistic health care provider who chose this field because they're passionate about business. That sure wasn't my motivator to enter the field.
We do this work because we want to help people.
We believe in the innate ability for the body to heal and know that the skills and knowledge we have is going to help our clients/patients on their healing journey.
Since there are so few employment opportunities for naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, energy workers, yoga therapists, and so few sustainable opportunities for massage and bodywork therapist, we end up hanging a shingle and entering the world of private practice. With or without a business plan, marketing plan...or any plan at all for making their business go.
That was my story! I've been self-employed for more than 10 years, but the first 5 of those I floundered. "Networking" was an evil word. I spent my downtime in my office studying instead of getting out there and spreading the word about my work. I was never comfortable charging for my services...and always needed another job to support my business. Not once in those early years did I consider myself a business woman.

Get ongoing support with your wellness business whether you're just starting out or are committing/re-committing to your growth and sustainability. Includes 6 hours of coaching you can break-up however you'd like over a 3-month time ($345).
CALIBRATE: Single 60 minute coaching session to discuss a business challenge you are currently facing ($65).

Sessions are available in person at Wellness Minneapolis or virtually via Google Meet.
