A past client of mine rolled out her yoga mat next to mine last night at taraNa. She said,
"Hi! You changed my life."
And that made my day. Strike that: my month...my year!
We talked a little more about her experience working with me, because I wanted to know what was so life changing for her. It was my simple, trust-yourself approach that was so transformational.
